FAQ

  • Where do you Ship and do you offer free shipping?

Ye Olde Biddy is a new indie beauty brand, we are small and just getting started. At this time we do not ship outside of the United States nor do we offer free shipping. We look forward to the near future where we can offer both.

  • How long will my order take?

Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1 - 7 days during normal non-peak seasons. We will email you directly if your order is taking longer than expected. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s on its way.

  • Do you offer expedited shipping?

Currently we offer USPS Ground and USPS Priority mailing options, we will add more options by the fall of 2026.

  • Can I return a product?

Because skincare is a personal product, we don’t take returns unless something arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, email us at info@yeoldebiddy.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out — quickly and kindly.

  • Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. No animal testing, ever. 100% vegan formulas. Many of our ingredients are sourced from ECOCERT-certified suppliers who meet the gold standard in organic cosmetics.

  • Do you sell to retailers?

Yes — fill out our wholesale form and we’ll get in touch with line sheets, terms, and ordering details.

  • Where are your products made?

Every bottle is made in small, purposeful batches in the U.S.A. No waste, no filler — just intelligent care that works.

  • Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?

Most of our formulas are well suited to sensitive skin because they're formulated to support the skin barrier while avoiding unnecessary harshness. Because every person's skin is unique, we recommend introducing new skincare products gradually.

  • How do I layer your products?

Generally: cleanse → tone/hydrate → moisturizer → serum/oil. But listen to your skin — you can mix and match based on your routine and needs.

  • Can I use Ye Olde Biddy products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Pregnancy and breastfeeding are areas where research on many cosmetic ingredients is limited. While we formulate thoughtfully and avoid ingredients with well-established pregnancy concerns, we don't make broad claims that our products are universally pregnancy or breastfeeding safe.

Some of our formulas also contain essential oils, an area where the available research is often limited and recommendations can vary depending on the specific oil, concentration, and source.

If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or have specific medical concerns, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list with your healthcare provider. We're always happy to answer questions about the ingredients in a specific product or help you choose formulas based on your preferences.

  • Can I recycle the bottles & packaging?

Absolutely — our glass bottles and jars are fully recyclable once rinsed clean.

The pumps, droppers, and caps can be recycled with PACT . Click the link to find a location near you for quick and easy drop-off recycling. Or if you prefer please contact your local recycling municipality to see if they will accept them.

Our labels are oil- and water-resistant for durability. Glass bottles and jars can generally be recycled with the label attached, although recycling requirements vary by location. If your local program recommends removing labels, they can be peeled off before recycling.

Please breakdown your compostable packing peanuts in water before disposing in your compost, garden, or trash bin.

    Please recycle your boxes.

  • Do your products contain preservatives?

Yes. Every water-based formula is preserved to help prevent the growth of bacteria, yeast, and mold. We use a gentle preservation system with ingredients approved for use under ECOCERT and COSMOS standards because safe, effective skincare starts with a well-formulated, properly preserved product.

Our anhydrous (water-free) oil formulas don't require traditional preservatives, but they are stabilized with antioxidants to help protect the oils from oxidation and maintain their quality over time.
