Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here. Before we send your first order on its way, please take a moment to review the terms that keep our partnership running smoothly. These apply to all approved wholesale accounts.

  • Shipping: Calculated at cost; ships from Pennsylvania

  • Returns: Only accepted for defective or damaged goods within 7 days of receipt

1. Opening Orders

Your initial wholesale order must meet our $300 minimum (before shipping). This ensures you have a well-rounded assortment to introduce Ye Olde Biddy to your customers.

2. Reorders

Reorders must meet a $150 minimum (before shipping). We make everything in small, fresh batches — keeping your stock moving helps keep it potent and beautiful.

3. Payment Terms

We require payment in full before shipment unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Orders will not ship until payment clears.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship from Pennsylvania. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced at actual carrier rates. Please allow up to 30- 45 business days for production and packing, as each batch is made fresh.

5. MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy

Our MSRP must be maintained for all online sales. This keeps the playing field fair for all our partners. No discounts below MSRP without our written consent.

6. Geographic Exclusivity

We may offer exclusivity within a defined area if minimum monthly purchase volumes are met and maintained. Exclusivity agreements must be in writing.

7. Returns & Damages

We do not accept returns for unsold product or for customer preference.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll replace or credit the item.

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product was damaged in transit

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

  • Product received was not what was ordered

Requirements for all returns:

  • Retailer must notify Ye Olde Biddy in writing within 7 business days of receiving the shipment.

  • Photo documentation of damage, defect, or incorrect product is required before a return authorization will be issued.

  • Products must remain unopened and in original packaging unless the defect/damage affects the exterior packaging itself.

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning or disposing of the product.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the retailer at their expense.

8. Product Storage & Display

Please store products away from direct sunlight and heat to maintain freshness. Display testers and sealed product separately to avoid contamination.

9. Use of Ye Olde Biddy Branding

Approved wholesale accounts may use our product descriptions and photos for marketing purposes. Please do not alter our packaging, product names, or branding without written permission.

By placing a wholesale order, you confirm you’ve read and agree to these Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
